Yoga and Mindfulness for kids

Our yoga classes are appropriate for any age, from 3 months to adults including teachers. Classes are offered in the morning, at lunchtime and after school. Special events are also a great way to introduce children to the fun benefits of yoga.

Stress can be overwhelming for kids. Many are overstimulated, overworked, and consuming too many processed foods, leading to emotional strain—25% more than their grandparents faced. If unmanaged, this stress can lead to chronic health issues that affect development and may worsen into adulthood.
